Crossing the Line in a Border Town

On a day in early March, when it feels as if winter has already given way to spring, the welcome to Delaware sign and two old red barns radiate warmth as motorists pass over the old Mason Dixon Line in Marydel.

The Center for the Town, an organization working to sustain vibrant communities on the Eastern Shore, has published a brief history piece on the Caroline County side of the border town.
