Archaeology of the War of 1812 to be Presented Feb. 23.

On February 23rd, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. Harford Community College will have its first student-led salon featuring the history and archaeology of the War of 1812 in Maryland. Students from Dr. James Karmel’s history class will present their findings on their primary document research. The program takes place at the Hays-Heighe House on the campus.  The salon will also discuss the upcoming Maryland state archaeological field school, which will take place in Cecil County this spring.  Light refreshments and free to all.
